We are constantly assessing how ILG can promote good health, wellbeing and gender equality for our people, our customers and the wider community — attracting families, involving previously excluded groups and empowering people with disabilities.

Building a new group has allowed us to create structures that reflect the most enlightened business thinking. We have appointed an ESG board including key leaders to ensure that our environmental, social and governance goals, such as improving the gender pay ratio across the group, remain top priority and are factored into every investment decision.
