With at least 30 Family Golf and Leisure Centres planned over the next 5 years, plus hospitality venues, driving ranges and new retail outlets, ILG is a fast-growing company. But growth must be green in today’s world. We’re showing dedication to meeting and exceeding the highest environmental standards for today and future generations.


Helping to make golf a force for good

The current boom in participation is the perfect opportunity to broaden the game’s appeal. We are constantly assessing how ILG can promote good health, wellbeing and gender equality for our people, our customers and the wider community — attracting families, involving previously excluded groups and empowering people with disabilities.


Open, transparent and participatory

Building a new group has allowed us to create structures that reflect the most enlightened business thinking. We have appointed an ESG board including key leaders to ensure that our environmental, social and governance goals, such as improving the gender pay ratio across the group, remain top priority and are factored into every investment decision.
